The Patient Coordinator is responsible for performing various administrative/customer service duties at a well-known Dental School in one of Boston’s academic institutions. Day-to-day duties include being the point of contact for patients, providing admin support to dental school candidates, booking patient appointments, answering phones, responding to emails, assisting with patient questions, etc. Must have solid computer and excellent customer service skills, have a positive, professional attitude and can thrive in a busy work environment.
