The Portfolio Administrator will interact with all departments and be accountable in providing client/portfolio manager support; developing positive business relationships; participate in client meetings/presentations; experience with financial planning, contracts performance reports, etc.; establishing/maintaining client accounts, quarterly reports, fee statements, etc.; and working on other projects as needed. Interested candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field; 2+ years experience with investment, stock brokerage, bank trust or portfolio management; strong analytical skills; strong computer skills including portfolio management and reporting software (also Advent and MoneyGuide Pro is a plus); and the ability to manage tight time frames.
