Recruiter – $100K-$140K

One of the fastest growing information security consulting companies is in need of a Recruiter to help them manage the recruiting process and manage the candidate experience from start to finish.  Responsibilities include utilizing multiple channels to source talent, collaborate with manager to understand job requirements, building a college recruiting program, and help design interview materials and assessment criteria.  Ideal candidates will have 7+ years of corporate/agency recruiting, strong project management skills, are highly motivated and great at relationship building.  Fantastic opportunity in an expanding industry.
