Recruiter – $65K-$75K 

Recruiter opportunity is available at this large insurance company.  Great opportunity for a 2022 graduate with recruiting assistant experience.  Responsibilities will focus on the recruitment process from start to finish – sourcing and onboarding top talent, screening/interviewing candidates,  working with hiring managers on job development and contributing to HR initiatives and goals.  Must have a Bachelor’s degree; 2 to 3 years relevant experience preferred; experience with ATS (Workday HCB and Recruiting module); knowledge of hiring best practices; and possess strong organizational skills.  This is a hybrid work environment (in office and remote).  Great opportunity to learn more about the recruiting process.  Send resume today!
