Recruiter – Up to $58/Hour!

Large academic institution is seeking a Recruiter for this long-term contract role. The Recruiter will lead the recruitment process from start to finish (identifying the talent to closing the offer) for all open positions in both business and academic departments.  Super opportunity to add some great experience at a well known school to your resume!  The Recruiter role is also a hybrid position (some in office and remote).  Job Code 16440

Recruiter Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring departments/managers to ascertain position needs and requirements
  • Develop interview methodologies
  • Lead full recruiting process (sourcing candidates, screening resumes, interviewing, negotiating offers and more)
  • Drive a strategic sourcing approach using multiple recruiting sources (ATS, job boards, social media, job fairs, etc.)

Recruiter Skills/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of professional recruiting experience
  • Proficiency in utilizing web based recruiting tools
  • Experienced in recruiting quality candidates at all levels
  • Knowledge of HR processes and systems
