Ideal candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree, one year of experience in a recruiting/HR environment, strong administrative skills, excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office products), the ability to solve problems as they arise and have a positive, professional work attitude. Experience with an Applicant Tracking System and Payroll System (ADP) is a plus but not required.
