International law firm is seeking a Recruiting & Diversity Coordinator that will support their programs focused on recruitment and diversity initiatives. Other areas of focus will be on professional development and training initiatives; coordinating law school recruitment; prepare reports and presentations for the Hiring Committee meetings; coordinates all aspects of orientation/onboarding; assist with DEI planning; support DEI programs and events; and recommends new approaches and procedures to improve efficiency of the department. Must have 2+ years of relevant experience (legal personnel or HR generalist preferred); strong technical skills (Microsoft Office, PeopleSoft, viDesktop, etc.) and and the desire to collaborate in a team environment.
