Recruiting Manager – Accounting/Advisory Firm – $120K-$150K

Our client is one of the fastest growing regional accounting and advisory firms in New England!  The Recruiting Manager is a new role at this company.  Primary initiatives of the position include strategically attracting and hiring top talent as well as managing the recruiting program and life cycle of the recruitment process.  You will lead a small team and service as a recruiter.  A Bachelor’s degree, 7+ years’ experience recruiting for professional roles, and 2 years’ as a team leader are required.  Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, social media and skilled in Microsoft Office Suite are necessary.  This is a super opportunity to utilize your recruiting skills and develop a strong support team.  This firm offers a great benefits package including profit sharing and matching 401K plan.  Apply today as this role will be filled quickly!
