This successful international packaging company is excited to hire a Sales Director for their U.S. business. This will start as a hybrid (in office/remote) until you are up and running. The Sales Director will focus on maintaining existing accounts and growing new business; achieve sales targets and KPIs; lead and mentor a high performing sales team; and develop a detailed product knowledge and understanding of the U.S. packaging market. Candidates must have 3+ years outside B-2-B sales experience (selling to retailers, grocery preferred); Bachelor’s degree; and having a great track record growing a territory and exceeding revenue targets.
