Our client seeks to hire several sales reps to work with their accounts interested in buying/selling medical lab and manufacturing equipment. Their client base ranges from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies. The “junior” sales reps must have 3+ years of B2B sales experience, Bachelor’s Degree and willing to learn about the industry. Duties include qualifying/closing leads, maintaining customer relationships, and promoting the equipment to potential buyers in a designated region. Senior sales reps should have 7+ years of B2B sales experience, a Bachelor’s degree and proficient computer skills. This role will help develop sales strategies, negotiate large deals maintain supplier relationships, prepare contracts and coach/train junior sales team members.
