This is a newly created role that will partner closely with the senior executive team. Essential skills include 2+ years experience in analyzing the structure of executive compensation packages; strong communication, presentation, analytical and MS Office skills; and experience with modeling, planning and reporting tools (CXL, Hyperion, etc.). Candidates must have a Bachelors Degree (MBA a plus), 7+ years related work experience and certification (CPA, CFA) is a plus.
