The Senior Benefits Analyst will administer leaves of absence, assist partners/employees with benefit enrollments (domestic and international); develop relationships with vendors/consultants as well as internal departments; and be active in implementing various department projects and initiatives (i.e. wellness programs). A minimum of 5 years; experience in HR Benefits is required as well as working knowledge of federal/state requirements (COBRA, FMLA, ERISA, ETC.); strong verbal, written and analytical skills; Advanced in computer skills (Microsoft Office, Workday, HRIS); and have the ability to work under tight deadlines with a professional demeanor!
