Senior Business Analyst, CRM – Up to $110K + Bonus


We have an exciting opportunity to join an international Private Equity firm as a Senior Business Analyst who will act as the IT product owner and lead business analyst working closely with the Commercial Operations, Investor Relations and Client Service teams.  This is a role in which you will act as an intermediary between the business and technical communities to collect, clarify, and translate business requirements into documentation and conceptual design from which applications and solutions are developed.

Responsibilities for the Senior Business Analyst, CRM

  • Collaborate with business partners to elicit high-level requirements and capture business needs
  • Assess the risks of various solutions and prioritize competing business demands, determine business needs and requirements
  • Coordinate project delivery by participating in design reviews and walk-throughs to communicate systems designs and validate proposed solutions
  • Proactively resolve customer satisfaction issues
  • Conduct training sessions and act as a role model for team members

Requirements for the Senior Business Analyst, CRM

  • BS/BA or equivalent
  • 3-5 years’ relevant experience with CRM platform, IT and CRM processes
  • Broad IT domain experience in some of the following IT areas: Applications Development, Enterprise Architecture, Project Management, Business Process Management, Quality Assurance and others
  • SalesForce Lightning and experience with Einstein Analytics a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, translating of technical concepts to non-technical staff
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft products, Visio, and Azure Dev Ops

Compensation for the Senior Business Analyst, CRM

  • Annual salary up to $110,000 plus bonus
