Senior Customer Service Manager – Treasury Solutions – $100K-$130K

Global provider specializing in payment systems, is seeking an experienced, successful manager with knowledge of treasury best-practices and technology to implement their products to drive value for their customers.  The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors’ degree, 5+ years’ experience in Corporate Treasury or with a SaaS Treasury tech company, knowledge of bank connectivity protocols, payment formats, etc.  This role will coordinate all customer onboarding activities, leverage the company’s platform to achieve best practices in the payment/finance areas, identify opportunities for current clients leveraging all products and services and develop knowledge of technical capabilities and value of product offers to use in customer training and sales opportunities.  Must possess strong presentation skills and be willing to travel.  This is a great opportunity for junior consultant roles to further a career in the Treasury/SaaS tech area.  Apply immediately!
