You will have 7+ years of account management/customer success experience; solid analytical skills; experience supporting a SaaS based solution; strong competitive drive and eCommerce, FMCG/supplier-side experience is a plus. Key areas of responsibility include serving as the customer’s main point of contact, work with the engineering team to provide feedback and guidance in making the company’s product user-friendly, set client expectations regarding the SaaS platforms, build a renewal strategy for each account, prepare presentations/proposals for prospective clients, and be the e-Commerce expert. The Senior Customer Success Manager can work remotely but should be based out of the Greater Boston area.
