The Specialist will maintain a help desk for application questions/issues, provide support for all applications and systems (phones, printers, remote access, etc.), assist with software testing and provide training for core applications. Qualified candidates must have 5+ years of help desk experience (law firm preferred), possess excellent interpersonal/communication skills and must be well versed in MS Office Suite and other legal-specific applications (doc management systems).
