Global investment management company is seeking a Senior HR Systems Analyst to join the HR Team as the technical point of contact for HR systems (payroll, HRIS, comp, benefits, recruiting, etc.). This position will ensure data integrity, test system changes, troubleshoot, and run reporting and data analysis. Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years’ experience with HR data/analysis, 2+ years’ running multi-state payroll, experience with Paycor HRIS or similar HCM software, strong tech skills (Microsoft Office Suite), and strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
