Leading non-profit consulting group is seeking a Senior Recruiting Coordinator to join the HR Team at their Boston office (San Francisco or New York offices also a possibility). This is a hybrid position so some in-office/remote days. Primary responsibilities include sourcing, attracting and hiring employees for a wide variety of departments. The role will work closely with hiring managers to define the job needs, utilize sourcing tools to find applicants, coordinate candidate interviews, maintain data in the Applicant Tracking System (Taleo), and develop relationships with recruiting firms. Must have a Bachelor’s degree, 4+ years of recruiting experience preferred, comprehensive knowledge of computer programs (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc.), and strong organizational skills.
