Essential responsibilities include reviewing financial and capital account statements, ensure valuations are in compliance with US GAAP guidelines, assist auditor with annual audit, work with other departments and senior management with fund closings, and act as project leader on projects to drive improvement initiatives. Experience managing and overseeing the work of the TPA is strongly preferred.
