National law firm has an opening for a User Support Specialist to join their I.T. Team. This is a help desk/application support position that will provide customer service and tech support to all users (internal and remote) within the firm and is the first level point of contact. Applicants must have two plus years’ experience with Microsoft 365 programs, Windows 10, Citrix, VPN and iManage (or similar system); video conferencing/online meeting platforms (Webex, Zoom, Microsoft Teams); knowledge of PC hardware/printer components and diagnostic utilities; and excellent communication and organizational skills. Two plus years’ in a User Support environment in law firm or professional services is preferred. This is a remote role but must be based our of one of our US office locations (NY, Boston, Providence, Hartford, D.C. or Orange County).
