They are seeking a Vice President Business Development (VP, BD) for their division that helps loyalty programs, financial institutions and retailers connect with the right partners to promote customer loyalty. The VP, BD will be responsible for generating and managing new clients across the U.S. with a focus on prospects that have high potential return and chance of conversion. This role will liaise closely with product teams and pre-sales manager as well as with the finance team to model returns and develop pricing strategies. Candidates must have 20+ years’ experience in loyalty and rewards programs, the ability to build performance-based models, excellent relationship management skills, be an inspiring team leader, confident presenter and top negotiation skills.
