Very successful global venture capital firm is seeking a seasoned (10+ years) VP of Finance to join their team! Areas of focus will include managing the firm’s investment advisor entities, preparing financial statement packages for the CFO’s review, budgeting, overseeing state/local regulatory tax filings for investment advisor entities, supervising the Controller and several Accountants, managing 401K Plan, and managing annual audits/tax returns for international entities. Interested candidates must have BS degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA with controllership or public accounting experience with an investment firm, experience operating in a multi-legal entity, multi-business unit, and/or tax driven environment, and skilled with Workday Financials and/or Anaplan reporting a plus.
