VP/Director of Sales – Life Sciences e-Commerce – Up to $150K +Bonus DOE

This innovative, global e-commerce company is seeking an experienced Director or VP of Sales, depending on experience of candidate.  The focus is on Sales Strategy (landscape, trends, communication of value propositions); Development of Talent (leading, training and coaching team of Account Executives); Execution of Sales Process (managing sales lifecycle, building/implementing sales strategies, KPI’s, etc.); and Sales Operations (creating reports and metrics using sales automation tools and making use of lead generation).  Candidates should have 10+ years of sales in the life sciences space, and 3+ years of sales management experience.  Understanding of biotech industry and B2B marketplace is a plus.  Proficiency in Hubspot CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Gong, Aircall or comparable systems will be valuable.   This role is currently remote but is expected to be full-time in the Cambridge office later this year.  This company is undergoing tremendous growth so apply today!
