This role will analyze and interpret trends and communicate insights to business stakeholders and the executive team. It will be important to recommend actions to improve the customer experience and customer journey in weekly presentations and show channel performance based on established KPIs. Must have 5+ years of data analysis experience; a Bachelor’s Degree in Data, Computer Science or other relevant field; experience analyzing video performance on websites; and strong data storytelling, quantitative and analytical skills.
