Accounts Payable Specialist

Successful family-owned food distribution company located south of Boston is seeking a skilled professional to join their finance team in an Accounts Payable role. This position also includes responsibilities related to international order processing and a variety of other finance-related tasks. Core duties involve reconciling vendor invoices, processing payments, addressing discrepancies with vendor statements, maintaining supplier records, and managing order processing for both international and domestic sales.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in accounts payable, preferably within a B2B distribution environment. Proficiency in Excel is required, and familiarity with Sage and inventory management systems is highly desirable.
