Exciting Opportunity: Campus Recruiting Manager – Global Law Firm (New York)

An international law firm with offices across the U.S. and Europe is seeking an energetic and strategic Campus Recruiting Manager for its New York office. In this key role, you will oversee the full attorney recruitment process, collaborate closely with colleagues in other offices to align best practices, and play a central part in shaping the firm’s hiring strategy. You will supervise and develop recruitment coordinators and assistants, manage the department budget, stay current on market trends, and lead major talent initiatives including the Summer Associate, Law School, and Judicial Clerk programs.

Candidates should have a minimum of two years of management experience and at least three years in professional services recruitment or related law firm talent roles, along with strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Proficiency with MS Office, LawCruit, viDesktop, and WebEx is required.
