Controller – Real Estate

Very successful real estate company that owns and manages residential, retail and commercial property in Greater Boston is seeking a Controller to oversee all financial operations and real estate investment portfolios,  (financial statements, budgets, financial analysis, etc.).  The salary range is $150K-$180K.  Candidates must have 5+ years financial management experience focused on the real estate industry with strong property accounting skills.  A thorough understanding of financial data, tax regulations and compliance reporting, excellent Excel and QuickBooks skills are musts.  Experience managing a small team strongly preferred as is proficiency with Yardi.  This company is committed to preserving historical properties with modern enhancements and is looking for a Controller that is passionate about real estate investments and financial management.  Beautiful Boston offices with free parking on site!  Apply today to join their team!
