We are partnering with a dynamic non-profit just northwest of Boston that brings energy and expertise to employee benefits through events and education. They are seeking a Coordinator, Member Relations & Administration to deliver exceptional member experiences while supporting daily operations.

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for members—managing billing, answering questions, overseeing the member portal, and highlighting program benefits. You’ll also play a key role in event planning – preparing materials, coordinating speakers, creating event calendars, etc. Additional administrative responsibilities include scheduling meetings, drafting communications, light bookkeeping, greeting visitors, and supporting day-to-day office operations.

The ideal candidate brings at least two years of office experience, proficiency with MS Office Suite, databases, Google Docs, and SharePoint, and is comfortable using Zoom and social media tools. Strong communication, customer service skills, and a willingness to learn are essential.
