Our client, a global leader in loyalty marketing with 28 offices worldwide, has several openings for a dynamic and driven Director of Business Development. This high-impact role can be based in Chicago, New York City, Miami, or Dallas, and involves travel 25–50% of the time across designated territories in the U.S. and Canada.

As Director of Business Development, you’ll spearhead efforts to sell innovative loyalty products and services to financial services clients—banks, credit unions, credit card issuers, and others with large customer or membership bases. You’ll be responsible for building a strong pipeline, securing new revenue opportunities, and expanding relationships with existing clients. This is a collaborative, cross-functional role with close ties to product, marketing, and account management teams.

We’re looking for proven sales leaders with deep experience selling into financial services, strong negotiation skills, and a track record of managing multi-million-dollar P&Ls. You should bring a strategic mindset, a deep understanding of loyalty and rewards in the travel and financial sectors, and the ability to drive value for both clients and the company.
