Director of Client Success & Delivery

A highly successful global FinTech firm specializing in cloud-based Treasury solutions is seeking a dynamic Director of Client Success & Delivery to lead its U.S. team.  This is an exceptional opportunity for a strategic, people-focused leader who thrives on mentoring talent, driving collaboration across departments, and delivering outstanding client results.

In this high-impact role, you’ll oversee client implementations, guide project delivery, optimize resources, and play a key part in shaping go-to-market and customer success strategies. You’ll also serve as a trusted partner to enterprise clients, identifying growth opportunities through cross-sell and upsell initiatives while ensuring key KPIs are consistently met.

Ideal candidates will bring at least seven years of experience in professional services, consulting, or FinTech delivery, including three or more in leadership roles, with strong expertise in ERP integrations, API connectivity, and payment formats. Some experience in the Treasury solutions industry is a must. This remote role (East Coast preferred) offers a competitive salary of $180,000–$195,000 plus bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
