Director of Development

A renowned North Shore nonprofit, honored with multiple Traveler’s Choice and Best Of awards, is seeking a Director of Development to lead fundraising and advance its inspiring mission.  As a key leader, you’ll drive a strategic fundraising plan, cultivate relationships with individual, corporate, and foundation donors, and secure support through major gifts, grants, and sponsorships. You’ll energize the Board with results, plan impactful events, create compelling donor communications, and manage the CRM database and digital campaigns.

We’re looking for a proven fundraising professional with strong communication skills, experience in donor engagement and development best practices, and proficiency in MS Office, Veevart, or Salesforce.
