Estate Planning Attorney

Our client, a boutique estate planning law firm based in Boston, is seeking an experienced Estate Planning Attorney to join their thriving practice. This is an exciting opportunity for a legal professional with at least five years of experience working with high-net-worth clients to step into a hybrid role.

In this position, you’ll work closely with affluent individuals and families to craft highly personalized estate plans, applying advanced planning strategies to meet each client’s unique goals. You’ll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships while making a significant difference in your clients’ lives.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in complex estate planning, hold admission to the Massachusetts bar (admission in Florida or other jurisdictions is a plus), and preferably possess an LLM in taxation. Experience working in a trust department is also highly valued.
