Executive Assistant/Office Manager
Our client, a rapidly growing specialty gas supplier located west of Boston, seeks an experienced and talented Executive Assistant with 10+ years of experience to support the CEO/President and manage office operations. This role involves acting as the CEO’s gatekeeper, ensuring directives are executed, and includes responsibilities such as administrative support (calendar/meeting management, travel arrangements, professional communications), office management (vendor coordination, facilities oversight, supplies), meeting coordination (presentations, travel logistics, materials), internal communications (newsletters, reports using PowerPoint/Adobe Suite), and personal support (errands, family tasks). Candidates should have a professional demeanor, excellent writing/communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset. The position is on-site, offers a salary of $90K-$98K (plus bonus), and is with a high-growth company with multiple locations nationwide.
