HR Generalist – North Shore
A dynamic non-profit on the North Shore is offering an exciting opportunity for Human Resources Generalist (HR Generalist) in a hybrid role. The salary range is $80,000 – $100,000 depending on experience.
Serving as the vital link between the HR team and other departments, this position focuses on cultivating and enhancing the overall employee experience. The HR Generalist will provide general HR support by developing policy guidelines and procedures, implementing succession plans, and establishing onboarding practices. Additionally, they will serve as the primary contact for employee relations, supporting managers and employees with conflict resolution and conducting investigations into complaints. This role also involves partnering with leadership on performance management strategies, developing and implementing compensation programs, and supporting employee recognition initiatives.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field and have at least five years of HR experience with a focus on employee relations, performance management, and compensation.
