Human Resources Associate

Our client, a rapidly growing nonprofit consulting firm that partners with nonprofit leaders, philanthropists, and investors around the world, is seeking a Human Resources Associate to join its collaborative Boston team. This hybrid temporary opportunity offers strong potential to become a permanent position.

In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience across HR operations, employee onboarding, performance management, employee programs, and special projects while working in a supportive, mission-driven environment. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of HR experience, strong organizational and communication skills, experience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred), and a passion for creating an outstanding employee experience. Salary is up to $65,000, with an excellent benefits package available upon permanent hire.
