Human Resources Generalist

They are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support end-to-end HR functions including recruiting, benefits administration, onboarding, training and development, performance management, and employee relations, while implementing HR policies and best practices and serving as a key resource for employees.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on HR experience, a background in nonprofit or small-business environments, strong knowledge of labor law, compliance, compensation analysis, and deep familiarity with Massachusetts employment law.
