In this dynamic role, you’ll handle wire transfers through the Federal Reserve and banks, set up client payment records in Global Plus, and perform Treasury Desk and daily float calculations — all while keeping the department running smoothly with key support tasks.

We’re looking for a detail-driven professional with strong MS Office (especially Excel) and data management skills. Prior experience in banking or wire processing is a big plus! You’ll thrive here if you’re organized, can juggle multiple priorities, and communicate confidently with both internal teams and clients.

Compensation: Up to $32/hour, depending on experience.
