Lateral Conflicts Analyst
A prominent law firm is seeking a Lateral Conflicts Analyst to serve as the primary resource for information related to hiring new attorneys and support staff. This role is integral to ensuring compliance and mitigating risks within the firm. Primary responsibilities include collaborating with human resources to evaluate potential candidates, conducting conflict checks and preparing detailed assessments of the findings, partnering with management to identify potential conflict issues, and supporting additional projects focused on conflicts of interest.
Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree (JD preferred), 3+ years of relevant experience at a law firm, strong understanding of ethical, legal and risk management requirements, experience with relevant software and research tools (Intapp Open, Elite 3E, Lexis/Nexis, etc.), and exceptional analytical skills and the ability to present data effectively.
