Marketing and Business Development Manager

Their Boston office is seeking a dynamic Marketing & Business Development Manager to elevate the firm’s brand and drive strategic growth in one of the nation’s most competitive legal markets.

You’ll collaborate closely with attorneys and firm leadership to advance key marketing initiatives, craft persuasive proposals and RFPs, analyze market research, shape standout marketing materials and web content, support high-profile events, and help develop business plans—all while leading and mentoring a talented team.

Ideal candidates bring seven plus years’ of marketing and business development experience, preferably in a law firm, along with strong communication skills, proven proposal/RFP writing success, team management experience, and high proficiency in MS Office. Familiarity with IP and emerging technology practices is a plus.
