Operations Associate

One of Boston’s top investment firms is looking for an Operations Associate, to join their team. This role focuses on ensuring accurate reconciliation between the accounting system and client accounts. Additionally you’ll collaborate across departments to support the firm’s daily operations. 

We’re seeking someone with strong attention to detail, great communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. A background in asset management, experience with portfolio accounting systems (like APX), and proficiency in Excel are all helpful.
