The Real Estate Paralegal plays a crucial role at this successful law firm. This opportunity is responsible for coordinating various real estate transactions, negotiating diligence materials with title companies and surveyors, and drafting essential legal documents (title objection letters, conveyance documents, estoppel certificates, etc.). The paralegal also advises attorneys and clients on ALTA title insurance and NSPS survey standards, and coordinates closing documents. Additionally, this role participate in professional development initiatives mentoring junior paralegals and attorneys.  Key qualifications include title, survey, and zoning experience, 5+ years experience with a commercial real estate practice or law firm, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to learn new computer applications and software as needed.
