You’ll coordinate evaluation processes, prepare insightful reports from survey data, manage all aspects of attorney onboarding and departures, support the annual attorney compensation process, and play a key role in designing the Summer Associate Program and law school recruiting efforts.

The firm is looking for someone with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience, ideally within a law firm, along with strong communication and analytical skills, solid knowledge of legal recruiting processes, and advanced technical skills including MS Office, LawCruit, and talent management systems such as Oracle, PeopleSoft, or viDesktop.
