A successful global software company is looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst to support HRIS systems used by employees around the world. In this vital role, you’ll collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams, acting as the primary technical support for HR systems. Responsibilities include resolving system and data quality issues in Workday, supporting and testing new deployments, developing user procedures and guidelines, mentoring a team member, and more.

To be considered, candidates should have two plus years of experience in HR or HRIS systems across areas such as Compensation, Benefits, and Performance. Familiarity with Core HCM, Benefits, and Absence Management is preferred. Strong project management abilities, advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills, and excellent communication with both technical and non-technical colleagues are essential.
