The Senior Manager, Global Benefits will be the resource for all benefits related matters and will design/administer all benefit programs that will assist in attracting/retaining top talent.  This is an in-office role that will manage benefits (health, welfare, retirement plans), make recommendations to plan changes, coordinate with global colleagues in delivering competitive benefits, manage/leverage resources to ensure regulatory compliance, manage and work with program vendors and stakeholders, oversee special projects related to benefits programs (annual enrollment, audits, program reviews, etc.), as well as other responsibilities that will ensure a competitive plan for employees.  Interested applicants must have 7+ years of administration and oversight of benefit plans, management experience leading small teams, and strong strategic, computer (Workday reporting, MS Office) and analytical skills.  This global company is hoping to hire immediately so apply today!
