Senior Practice Innovation Manager

One of the country’s largest IP law firms is seeking a Senior Practice Innovation Manager to lead the firm’s efforts in evaluating and implementing advanced technologies (i.e. generative AI, robotic process automation, etc.) while assessing their relevance within the practice of intellectual property law.  

 The Manager drives adoption, works independently, and partners with teams across the firm—from data and security to app development—to measure impact, maintain data integrity, and align tech solutions with business goals. 

This is a hybrid role that will require candidates to have five plus years of comparable experience (preferably in the legal industry), a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, proven project management experience leading cross-functional teams, possesses expertise in machine learning, robotic process automation, and generative AI solutions used in the legal industry, and strong technical and analytical skills.
