A leading and highly successful New England wealth management firm is seeking a Vice President, Technology & Information Security to lead enterprise technology strategy, operations, and cybersecurity from its Portland, Maine headquarters. This senior leadership role will drive the firm’s technology roadmap, oversee major initiatives and IT performance, manage budgets and vendors, establish cybersecurity policies, conduct risk assessments, and mentor technical and Help Desk staff while partnering closely with executive leadership to support growth and operational resilience.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of technology leadership experience, strong cybersecurity expertise, and hands-on knowledge of wealth management FinTech platforms, along with familiarity with SEC, GLBA, FFIEC, and NIST regulatory frameworks.

Compensation includes a salary up to $150,000 plus bonus, 100% company-paid health insurance, parental leave, a 401(k) with employer contribution, and a comprehensive benefits package.
