Global non-profit is seeking an Accounting Manager to support the organization’s corporate financial operations in the US and their partner companies. This hybrid role will work closely with accounting, budgeting, reporting, audit coordination and will manage special projects related to the organization’s needs and priorities. Duties include managing monthly closing process, ensuring completion of account reconciliation and reviews of monthly financial reports from each country team, assist in preparing monthly financial summaries (variance analysis and balance sheets), managing ERP system, and much more! Qualified candidates must have a B.A. in Accounting/Finance, 5+ years accounting experience in the non-profit world, experience in fund or grant accounting preferred, ability to translate financial concepts to non-finance colleagues, and excellent computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Power Query and Power Bi).
