Boston law firm is seeking an Associate Business Development Manager to drive business and market visibility for the Employment, Labor & Benefits practice. Responsibilities include building and expanding client relationships, develop pitch materials to support the sales process, work with other in-house teams to use data to inform and report on client sales activity and develop marketing/PR materials to help drive firm’s brand awareness. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree or higher with 7+ years of business development experience; strong analytical abilities; solid computer skills including CRM, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel; and ability to work under tight deadlines.
