Our successful downtown Boston client is seeking a Benefits Manager (hybrid role) to join their team.  The Benefits Manager will have exceptional knowledge in healthcare insurance, trends, and data, strong negotiation skills; experience working with dental, disability, LOA plans, and more.  The Manager will also be involved with how to leverage existing options provided as well as the ability to develop a strategy for new benefits and related programs.  Candidates must have a solid knowledge of the market and industry, strong benefits background and an interest in compensation.  This role will have both domestic and global responsibilities.  This company offers growth opportunity and outstanding benefits so apply now!
