This global law firm is seeking a Compensation Manager to be responsible for the administration comp processes for their attorneys and professional staff. This will include merit and bonus processes, salary surveys, budget modeling, expense tracking, and benchmarking new and existing positions. Must have a Bachelor’s degree (CCP is a plus), 5+ years’ experience, proficient in MS Word Programs, experience with HRIS systems (Workday, Market Pay), and advanced skills in spreadsheets, charts, modeling worksheets, pivot tables, etc. This position is in the Boston, NYC or Washington, DC office with possible remote option available in those cities as well.
